None/Not Required What You Will Do: Pratt & Whitney's Compression
Systems Module Center (CSMC) is seeking an experienced
manufacturing engineer to fill a critical role in our new product
introduction team. This position offers the opportunity to work on
some of the newest products and manufacturing technologies being
designed and developed at Pratt & Whitney. The weekend shift, or
Alternate Work Week, consists of three (12) hour days, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities Candidate selected will be
responsible for planning and development of manufacturing processes
for new experimental engine hardware and in some cases phasing
these products into production. This includes working with new
product design engineers during conceptual design phase through
detail design and ultimately initial hardware manufacture. NPI ME
will utilize MRL tools to ensure product design meets cost and
producibility goals while still meeting program and design
requirements. Support of experimental hardware manufacture will be
both within P&W and at selected development suppliers.
Responsibilities include creation of master planning summary, tool
planning, design and tryout, creation of work instructions,
development of new process technologies, first piece tryout and
delivery of development parts to meet program schedules. Mentor
newer team members as required. Qualifications You Must Have: /n -
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology,
or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing
engineering /n - Required Experience: Experience with machining
processes (Milling, turning, grinding etc) on aerospace materials,
process planning and development. /n - US Citizenship Required due

product introductions, rotating hardware, IBRs/Blisks,
fan/compressor airfoils, new capital equipment projects, continuous
improvement projects, MRL (manufacturing readiness levels) and

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
