Job Description:

As a Reliability Engineer--you will lead, review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered, Own and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance processes and systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures. You will lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

• Make equipment and recommend changes to eliminate inherent reliability problems
• Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign How you will do it
  • Reduce assets reliability risks for new projects and existing assets
  • Elaborate and validate Master Routines per technology (MR) including Plant--s feedback supported by SME--s
  • Spare parts optimization
  • Provides engineering maintenance support
  • Provides training to Maintenance Technicians
  • Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
  • Participates in the final check out of new installations. What we look for
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required----- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or similar discipline preferred
    • 5 + years of experience in a maintenance engineering role required.
    • Machine design and process improvement experience required
    • Manufacturing experience required
