Job Description:
Posting Summary The Director of Interprofessional Practice and
Education ( IPE ) will lead and collaborate on the development,
implementation, and continuous improvement of interprofessional
education programs and initiatives within the School of Health
Professions at Rutgers University. Reporting directly to the
Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, this individual will foster
collaboration across disciplines and healthcare settings, ensuring
students are prepared to work effectively in team-based
environments. The Director will work closely with faculty, staff,
and in specific instances with clinical partners to integrate
interprofessional education into the curriculum and create
impactful learning experiences that enhance patient-centered care
and promoting health in communities.
