Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
to support elementary school students in Hartford, CT. This
full-time contract position runs as soon as possible through the
end of the school year, providing services to young learners from
PreK through 1st grade. The role is focused on delivering speech
and language support within an elementary school setting. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language
assessments for students aged PreK to 1st grade. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students
needs. Provide direct therapy sessions to a caseload of 25 to 30
students. Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school
staff to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation
and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP) certification/licensure appropriate for school settings.
Experience working as an SLP in elementary or school environments
preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language development in
early childhood. Ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 students
effectively. Excellent communication and organization skills.
Passion for supporting the speech and language growth of young
children. Location: Hartford, Connecticut Setting: Elementary
School Duration: Contract, full-time hours from ASAP through the
end of the school year. This role offers the chance to impact early

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.92 to $65.92.
