TikTok Shop Specialist New York City | In-Office Mon–Thurs A
fast-growing brand accelerator is hiring a TikTok Shop Specialist
to help drive growth across their portfolio of brands. This role is
at the forefront of TikTok commerce—managing storefronts,
overseeing creator communities, running paid ads, and driving
campaigns that convert. This role is ideal for a candidate with
hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, UGC
strategy, and TikTok paid ads. Responsibilities: Manage and
optimize TikTok Shop storefronts across multiple brands Plan and
execute creator campaigns, including commission bursts, product
seeding, livestream support, and paid media initiatives (GMV Max &
Shop Ads) Oversee UGC strategy—source, review, and deploy content
to support paid, organic, and affiliate growth Host and support
TikTok Shop live sessions to drive conversions and affiliate
engagement Oversee creator communities via WhatsApp and/or Discord,
ensuring regular communication, updates, and campaign alignment
Manage and optimize TikTok Ads, including GMV Max and Shop Ads, in
partnership with marketing and performance teams Work with
affiliate programs (e.g. TikTok Shop and Shopify Collabs) to drive
creator engagement and performance Plan and execute product
promotions and campaigns, aligning timing and messaging with
creator pushes and platform features Analyze performance data,
creator metrics, and campaign ROI to continuously improve strategy
Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop
and creator management Strong understanding of short-form content,
UGC, and TikTok trends Experience running livestreams and
supporting live selling activations Skilled in campaign planning,
creator outreach, and relationship management Experience managing
TikTok Ads (GMV Max / Shop Ads) and understanding of attribution
and platform metrics Comfortable engaging and managing creator
communities across group chats and online forums Highly organized,
collaborative, and results-oriented with a pulse on what's working
on the platform
