hiring a highly organized Operations & Project Coordinator to
oversee scheduling, dispatch, client communication, and project
flow.This is NOT a front-desk or low-level admin role.This is the
operations engine of our company.You will coordinate field teams,
manage schedules, and ensure that every project moves smoothly from

Responsibilities Daily Operations & Scheduling • Build & manage the
daily schedule for field technicians • Coordinate installations,
service visits, inspections, and specialty wellness projects • Run
morning dispatch and communicate daily priorities • Ensure
technicians arrive prepared, informed, and on time Project
Coordination • Track progress of active pool/spa/wellness projects
• Update timelines, tasks, and service tickets • Coordinate
materials, vendors, and internal teams • Maintain accurate project
documentation & client notes Customer Communication • Act as the
main point of contact for clients and service inquiries • Provide
updates, timelines, and solutions to customer questions • Maintain
a calm, professional presence with luxury clientele Reporting &
Support • Create reports for leadership on schedules, workload, and
KPIs • Help improve systems, workflows, and overall efficiency •
Support technicians and project managers with logistics and admin
tasks Requirements Requirements: • Experience in operations,
scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination • Excellent
communication and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize
fast-moving tasks and keep multiple teams aligned • Comfort working
in a dynamic environment where things change quickly • Confidence
when speaking with clients, vendors, and technicians • Experience
with CRMs, scheduling tools, or project management software •
Bonus: experience in construction, home services, HVAC, pools,
spas, or trades-related industries Compensation & Benefits •
