Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, checks, and payments.
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
